Behind The Name
We are on a mission to change the earth and create a positive impact through sustainable eating. Founded in August 2020 during the height of the pandemic, we stayed true to our purpose while much felt uncertain. Gaia, from Greek mythology, is Mother Earth who nurtures all life. Loki, the God of Fire and Change, reflects transformation. Together, they symbolize our passion for honoring the planet and inspiring global change—because every bite shapes our lives and the world.
